Creating icons for the world’s most iconic luxury brand. Bring it on.


Hermès Japan invited us to pitch design concepts for their digital marketing campaign with the aim to direct more traffic towards their Japanese EC site. With LINE being the most widely used communication app among their customer base, our proposal was to create LINE Rich Menu icons to steer members of Hermes’ LINE account, where they can interact and learn about the latest promotional campaigns.

Taking cues from Hermes’ distinct palette and geometric motifs, we created a sleek set of letters — correlated to the names of each promotion. Additionally, we were asked to create a series of illustrations to be used exclusively at their Tokyo HQ. Each piece depicts Hermes’ iconic coachman engaging in wonderfully jovial activities, highlighting seasonal company events throughout the year.
